A warm welcome with minor hiccups

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the spacious deluxe king room offered great comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, its prime location right across from the National Museum of Qatar made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

I loved the spacious deluxe king room, offering beautiful views and a comfortable layout. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of tasty options, especially the freshly prepared omelets. However, I faced issues with the room cleaning. I found that the service required multiple requests, and I had to wait until late in the day for housekeeping to arrive. Additionally, the indoor pool didn't match the grandeur shown in photos. it felt smaller and was less inviting than I anticipated. Still, the overall experience was delightful, thanks to the attentive staff and lovely amenities.

Room servicing was a notable issue. daily cleaning required repeated requests, and the clock ticked close to 6 PM before housekeeping arrived. The indoor pool is disappointingly small—definitely not as grand as portrayed in photos. Additionally, the bathrooms around the pool area showed signs of wear needing improvement.

I just spent 4 nights enjoying a spacious room with a fantastic layout and clean amenities, though the food options could really use improvement. I'd totally go back!

I had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious room and comfortable bed during my stay. The location made it easy to explore the area, with the National Museum just a short walk away, which was super convenient. The staff were really welcoming, and I must say, the breakfast buffet had plenty of options to choose from that catered well to everyone. However, they could definitely improve the cleanliness of the dining area, as it was often quite messy during peak breakfast hours.

Recommend it for solo travelers seeking comfort

I was impressed with my stay because the hotel provided a spacious room with all the necessary amenities. They also had a great coffee machine that helped me kickstart my mornings with a fresh brew.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but to be fair I think the price matched the quality I received.
